Here you will meet winemaker Sergio Bile, a charming and simple guy with a passion for winemaking in his eyes who will proudly tell you he owns the only winery in Barban area (Barbanština). Taste his Malvasia Lutea M, very fresh with hints of ripe pears, of lighter style reminding us of Sauvignon. He also produces a refreshing rose Rubrum and a more ambitious red Rubrum MT made from a blend of Merlot and local variety Teran. Finally, Sergio’s old-school vinegar made only from Teran wine will show you what a real non mass-produced vinegar tastes like.
