WHITES
Lovrec Sauvignon Bijeli 2009
The nose is dominated by green grass, aromatic herbs and vegetable notes, while in the mouth it opens up with brisk acids, then impresses you with its solid extract and finishes with delicious minerality.
Korak Pinot Sivi 2008
Aromas of lime, acacia flowers and fresh apricot introduce this medium-bodied wine which opens up with fresh yellow fruits. It will amaze you with its long fruity aftertaste combined with nice minerality.
Piquentum Blanc 2010
The smell is elegant and elusive – spring flowers with hints of almond shell and wet clay. In the mouth you feel unripe apricot and a bit of bitter grapefruit. A light, very smooth wine, balanced with stinging minerality.
Elegantnog i neuhvatljivog mirisa – proljetno cvijeće sa natruhama bademove kore i mokre gline. U ustima nezrela marelica i malo gorčine grejpa, lagano, vrlo pitko i izbalansirano s peckavom mineralnošću.
Jarec-Kure Pinot Bijeli 2008
Gentle smell of elder flowers, some nuts and ripe apple and pear announces silky texture in the mouth, with some unfermented sugar and slightly bitter finish. Cool it down to get the best out of mild fruity acids.
Aromas of apple, meadow flowers, a hint of citruses, pears and even noble rot open up in the nose. Later on minerality breaks through and continues in the mouth, together with a nice freshness and with plenty of extract. Rich and savory wine of mineral-fruity character.
Bogato i slasno vino mineralno voćna karaktera.
JOKER WINE!! (In case you don’t find Mihalj, because the quantities may be limited!)
Krauthaker Graševina 2010
The nose says it’s perky, with aromas of yellow fruits and floral-herbal notes, which create a balanced and enjoyable harmony while flowing into the mouth.
REDS
Cossetto Mozaik 2009
This unusual blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Borgonja and Merlot will win everybody, especially women, at first with its sensual scent of violet and iris, and then with its velvety texture in the mouth followed by a bite into a bitter cherry.
Ova neobična kupaža osvojit će sve, a posebno žensku publiku, prvo svojim senzualnim mirisom na ljubičice i iris a potom baršunastom teksturom u ustima sa ugrizom gorke višnje.
Geržinić Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
This Cabernet made in inox vats opens up with herbal aromas, followed by violets and bitter almond shell. In the mouth it is sharply fresh, with less fruit and more spice and “earthy” flavour. It has a very noticeably minerality for a red wine.
U ustima britko svjež, manje voćan a više začinjenog i “zemljanog” okusa. Posjeduje, za crno vino, vrlo primjetnu mineralnost.
Iuris Merlot 2007
Harmonious aroma of black and red berries, pronounced ripe cherry and a hint of vanilla opens up this smooth, soft, fruity medium-bodied wine with mild tannins. It calls for more.
Skladna aromatika crnog i crvenog bobičastog voća naglašene zrele trešnje i notom vanilije otvara pitko, mekano, voćno vino srednjeg tijela blage taničnosti. Mami na još.
Feravino Zweigelt Dika 2008
Very direct fruity aromas of ripe raspberries and plums are extended in the mouth, where we encounter a medium-bodied wine with strong fruity acids and soft tannins. Its beauty is in its simplicity.
Vrlo izravne voćne arome zrelih malina i šljiva lijepo se nastavljaju u ustima gdje nas dočekuje vino srednjeg tijela, reskih voćnih kiselina i mekanih tanina. Ljepota je u jednostavnosti.
Rossi Teran 2008
The nose will detect rose hip extract with the hints of animal, almost meaty aromas and black pepper. In the mouth it is very fresh, with juicy red fruits. It’s perky and rich in salts which make your mouth water.
Cheers!

I need to get some Croation wines.
Sounds like “great” is the new good
Unfortunately I don\’t red croatian. We are planning to spend a few days in Dugi Otok. Is it possible to find a good wine there? I am a kind of wine geek and I love many kind of wines ( great wines but also natural wines without too much technology).
Thank you in advance for a possible answer.
http://www.eatistria.com/category/wine-tours/
http://www.tasteofcroatia.org/food-wine-map-croatia/
