Recently it’s been hard to find a good palenta other than the instant, precooked version in supermarkets. We were happy when we discovered this “kukuruzna krupica“ from Organic Farm Sever, managed by one big happy family from Novi Marof in Zagorje.

Family farm Jambrešić: Kupilek Blackberry Wine

Blackberry wine Kupilek is one of the best ones we’ve tried. Balanced, full bodied, not to sweet, nor too acidic. They also make a blackberry jam we somehow missed, probably because we were focused on the wine!
