Istarska supa (Istrian soup) is a drink-meal made of tepid Teran wine, toasted, slightly burned bread, olive oil, sugar and black pepper. Find it in local Istrian konobas (taverns). Great appetizer and mood booster! Drink-eat it moderately, it’s very easy to get tricked and get super drunk with supa
