He works as a professor at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb, but trust us, Leo is also a very cool and party-loving guy. We asked him a few questions…

LG: Babić.

TOC: What makes your wines stand out from others?
LG: I carefully select the grapes.

TOC: What do you like to eat with Babić?
LG: Grilled tuna steak, Swiss chard with extra olive oil.

LG: Opol from Jako Vino.

TOC: What’s your idea for saving tourism in Croatia?
