Leo Gracin: The Wine Professor

Leo Gracin is a very serious young Dalmatian winemaker, whose Babić is probably one of the best Croatian red wines of all times. He works as a professor at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb, but trust us, Leo is also a very cool and party-loving guy. We asked him a few questions…

TOC: Which of your wines represents your character the best?
LG: Babić.

TOC: What makes your wines stand out from others?

TOC: What do you like to eat with Babić?
