Croatian Food and Wine Festival brings together all the food and wine business professionals; the big and small food producers, wine producers, olive oil producers, representatives of the best restaurants and hotels.

In Arena Zagreb, in an area of more than 5000 sq. meters, visitors will be able to see – and taste – in person numerous prosciuttos, kulens, cheeses, oils, rakijas, wines and other products from all the regions of Croatia.

The program includes exhibition areas, cooking show on two stages, wine tastings and workshops in their own, dedicated space, as well as product sales – at Festival prices. Aside from that an amusement program for entire family is planned, together with special workshops and playrooms for children. In short, this is a three-day promotional and exhibition manifestation, accompanied by a superb education and amusement program, meant for professionals as well as for the general public.

Aside from its grand scale and varied program, Croatian Food and Wine Festival is unique for its Festival Award, which is to be presented to those individuals that had contributed to development of the eno-gastronomical culture in Croatia.

And since Croatian Food and Wine Festival’s long term objective is to foster that same culture, it is also starting a Young Chef Foundation, meant to raise funds for additional schooling of talented students participating in competitions on regional and national level.
