The hilltop town of Motovun is famous for excellent Teran, indigenous red wine from Istria, and black and white truffles coming from the nearby Motovun forest. Through various workshops, tasting events and special menus in local taverns, this festival celebrates them and aims at something that seems impossible at first look – to pair them together.
