Folks from Slavagora family restaurant, on Slavagora Hill above Samobor, informed us that their summer terrace is open. To combine your hiking experience with some tasty homemade local cooking (cottage cheese with sour cream; štrukli, cheese pastries; various soups; fried chicken, duck, goose and turkey roast with mlinci – pasta tatters…) we recommend directing your route towards them. As seen on this photo by their daughter, Sanja Kuzmanović, the view from the terrace switches your brain to the zen mode. Don’t have too high expectations about the homemade wine, but we recommend their elderberry or blueberry juice and fruit brandies.
Be sure to prepare the correct route to their house!
