This family-run restaurant (also winery and boutique hotel) on the island of Pag is settled on a hill, in the middle of a dense pine tree forest, on the margin of a vineyard and an olive-grove. Their winery has been the backbone of the family’s way of life and we could write a lot about their fantastic red (Bordeaux blend), but this is about their culinary philosophy.
Their seasonal menus and signature dishes are made to thrill you with tastes and the tradition of Pag, because that is where their inspiration and most of the ingredients come from.
