Buffet Fife is definitely one of the most legendary places to eat in Split. Only there, they are honest enough to admit that for them “the guest is never right”. So don’t be mad or irritated if they are not kind enough. Their food will speak for them. It is tasty, local, simple, seasonal, traditional, and inexpensive. Try their delicious tripe (cow’s stomach) in tomato sauce. They are open throughout the whole year, and you can always count on them. You will surely get the feel of local atmosphere and people, especially if it’s not high season. It will be well worth your visit.
Meat is not good at all, but fish and pasta are delicious.

Just a big propaganda cuz it seems cheaper than other places in town,which they aint.A hot sopt for local gangs,criminals,drug dealers,who are after non white females who come in there to have a drink or to eat.A tip about how they make a food.Try to see some rats or bugs,which they got a plenty of.Yet if anything would happen to you,police of Split,as of most Croatia is completely useless.Anyways,solo travel as a non white female is a must care one.
