There’s nothing glamorous about Bijela ruža restaurant. It’s located in Ravna Gora, a small place in the heart of Gorski kotar, beautiful, clean and wooded but rural and quite sparsely populated region (paradise for hiking and mountain biking). What you see is what you get: old-style inn by the road. But oh boy, do they know how to prepare excellent wild game dishes! No wonder, they’re surrounded with woods and mountains ideal for hunting.
