One of the most famous and ambitious Croatian chefs, young Marin Rendić, settled in his own place and now he can easily experiment and follow his cooking instincts. The menu is mostly based on fish and the approach is very modern. Expect seemingly unexpected combinations and a show with lots of special effects, like the use of liquid nitrogen.
